Tactical Leadership Development Program

As you work through the self-paced, online modules, we’ll apply the theory you learn to your specific situation during the fortnightly group workshops.

This leadership development program is NOT for you if:

  • You would rather follow the easy path than make the effort required to level-up
  • You have no interest in learning because there is nothing more for you to learn
  • You blame others for your circumstances despite the situation
  • You are unable to leave your ego at the door
  • You are unwilling to invest in your future

This program is conducted over eight weeks and includes four online group workshops and four individual coaching sessions. This allows you to discuss your individual challenges and successes with the group in relation to each module.

Modules

Module 1:  What Makes People Tick?

Learning Objectives
  • Understand basic neuroscience concepts related to behaviour and decision-making.
  • Explore how people learn and apply this knowledge to leadership.
  • Analyse the impact of body language and communication styles.
  • Compare how fear and reward systems drive motivation.

Module 2:  How to Influence Others

  • Understand why relevance & competence are so important.
  • Why should leaders identify and acknowledge subject matter experts?
  • How to influence others and make impactful decisions regardless of hierarchy.
  • Develop practical skills for establishing rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Develop the ability to assess situations and adapt leadership styles.

Module 3: How to Deal With Conflict

  • Recognise the value of conflict in leadership
  • Leverage critical feedback for growth
  • Balance likeability and effective leadership
  • Master the Seven Steps to Conducting Difficult Conversations

Module 4:  How to Solve Problems

  What are the technical requirements to take this course?


All you will need to access this course is a computer. All recorded content, group sessions and one on one coaching will be delivered online. You will be provided with links, passwords and user access to the relevant platforms as a part of your program.


   How much time will I have to invest?


The course is self-paced but we recommend you invest a minimum of 10-12 hours to gain the greatest impact.


   How long will I have access to the course materials?


Six months. If you need access after the program has expired, please contact us.


   Can I share access with my team?


You are welcome to share your learnings and print outs with your team, in fact, we encourage it!


   What exactly is included in the course?


Learn in the way that best suits your style. As the content is delivered through recorded video, written articles, short quizzes, and interactive activities, you can complete each of the core competencies in your own time.
