Hard-learned leadership lessons from both the military and the corporate world

The job changes when success is no longer measured by what you can do alone.
Moving into leadership changes more than a job title. Decisions now affect other people. Communication carries more weight. Standards have to be set, reinforced and sometimes challenged. Success increasingly depends on what the team can achieve, not simply what one person can do well.
Across eight weeks, Tactical brings together emerging leaders from different industries, roles and walks of life. Participants test ideas against different perspectives and apply what they learn to the challenges they are actually facing at work.
Through self-paced learning, facilitated group workshops and individual coaching, participants develop practical capability while examining the assumptions and habits shaping how they lead.
The aim isn't to create a particular type of leader. It's to develop people who can think, decide and carry responsibility for more than themselves.

4 self-paced online modules.
