Hard-learned leadership lessons from both the military and the corporate world
For senior experienced leaders carrying decisions that don't come with easy answers.

Experience gives leaders answers. Greater responsibility gives them contradictions.
By this stage of leadership, most people have accumulated experience, frameworks and opinions about what works. The challenge is knowing when those answers still apply, and when the context demands something different.
Operational Leadership Development is built for experienced leaders navigating competing priorities, imperfect information and decisions where reasonable people may disagree about the right course of action.
Across eight weeks, participants examine their assumptions alongside leaders from different industries and walks of life, bringing perspectives that challenge their own. Theory is tested against real situations through self-paced learning, facilitated group discussion and individual coaching.
The aim isn't to leave with another prescribed version of what a good leader should be. It's to become better at exercising judgement when the answer isn't obvious.
8 weeks.
4 self-paced online modules.
4 facilitated group workshops.
4 individual coaching sessions.

How do we improve what works without becoming attached to it?
How much direction is enough before leadership becomes control?
What happens when several reasonable options compete?
How do we adapt to others without becoming someone we're not?
How do we challenge people to improve without creating dependence?
